MISSION STATEMENT

 

The Ridgewood Library Foundation is a charitable organization established for the purpose of raising funds, creating an endowment, and distributing resources to support the current and future needs of the library in accordance with its by-laws and at the discretion of the current Board of Directors.

 

The Foundation was created with the realization that exceptional libraries exist with public funds yet thrive with the support of private gifts. The foundation may fund specific projects, provide grants, and offer financial support to the Library and assist in advancing educational, technical, and cultural services to its community.
